On November 26, 2024, Headway JSC organized a workshop on " KPI Work Performance Management" with the aim of optimizing operational processes and enhancing work management efficiency throughout the Headway office system.
The discussion was honored to have the participation of speaker Hoang Van Minh - Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) of the Asian Institute of Technology. Experts shared specific work issues, instructed groups on how to build appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all activities are accurately measured and evaluated.

After receiving instruction, the groups took turns presenting and giving convincing counter-arguments. At the same time, Headway received direct advice from experts to improve the work items in the most effective and accurate way.
