Headway Implements Fuel & Lunch Support Package For Employees

In light of rising living costs, Headway’s Management Board understands the challenges employees may be facing and remains attentive to the well-being of the entire team. To help ease daily expenses, the Company will implement a Fuel & Lunch Support Package for all employees, effective from the March 2026 payroll.

The Management Board recognizes that recent fluctuations in living costs have placed additional pressure on everyone’s daily life.

The Human Resources Department will provide detailed information regarding the support allowance in the coming days.

While this support may not be substantial, it reflects the sincerity and commitment of the Management Board. The Company truly values the contributions of every individual and will continue striving to stand alongside our employees and care for their well-being.
