Headway JSC Awards Outstanding Employees - Golden Bee Prize For The Third Quarter Of 2023

(Outstanding "golden bee" members raise the honorary trophy in Quarter 3/2023)

Recently, Headway JSC has held a ceremony to honor and praise the outstanding efforts and achievements of the 7 best individuals in the golden bee season in the third quarter of 2023. This is an incentive reward, enhancing the spirit of “fighting” in the workplace.

At the ceremony, Mr. Felix - representative of the company's Management shared "We not only honor the winning individuals, but also recognize the fair evaluation of management members. They are the key factors, contributing to selecting the most outstanding warriors in each season”.

After 9 months of implementation, the campaign has promoted its effectiveness and new "golden bee" faces gradually appeared. Headway maintains the evaluation motto of "fair, objective, and accurate", so every individual working nationwide has an equal opportunity to receive an award.
