Following the strategic sharing from Mr. Felix – Representative of Headway’s Board of Directors, the workshop moved into its most vibrant segment: the mini game “Situation Handling – Who Is the Value Ambassador?”
This activity was designed to help the Headway team remember – understand – and apply the five core values through real-life scenarios simulated from the company’s own operations.
An engaging mini game – A dynamic “professional playground”
Right after the main sharing session, the office atmosphere heated up as the program entered the interactive mini game.
Here, participants not only revisited the five core values, but also strengthened their critical thinking, problem-solving, and team collaboration through practical, scenario-based case studies.

Ten operational scenarios were presented one by one, and the Headway “warriors” handled them confidently.
The situations reflected familiar daily tasks such as:

Each participant demonstrated focus, enthusiasm, and confidence—clearly articulating their reasoning based on the value they believed best aligned with the situation.
When core values come to life
By simulating real-world scenarios, the mini game not only delivered laughter and positive energy but also allowed the core values to naturally and deeply embed into each team member.

After the mini game session, the Headway team gathered for a light tea break—an opportunity to relax, refresh, and share reflections from the workshop.
A warm, energetic atmosphere filled the office, strengthening team connection and Headway spirit.
