Vietnam Young Logistics Talent 2025 Officially Concludes – National Champion Title Awarded To Team “Challengers”

The Grand Finale of the Vietnam Young Logistics Talents 2025 officially took place on the morning of November 30, 2025, with Headway JSC honored to be present as a sponsor and companion, continuing its mission to support and nurture the next generation of Vietnam’s logistics talent.

Headway extends heartfelt congratulations to Team Challengers from the Foreign Trade University (FTU) — the four exceptional female contestants who rose above hundreds of teams across the country to be crowned the National Champion of VNYLT 2025.

Returning to the competition this year, Headway aims to contribute to a practical academic playground where students can confidently demonstrate their capabilities, sharpen their mindset, and engage with emerging trends shaping the logistics industry.

Breakthrough Logistics Solutions from Gen Z Innovators

With their project “SmartCharge” — a digital platform connecting users with electric vehicle charging stations across Vietnam — combined with an impressive presentation and strong rebuttal skills throughout the rounds, Team Challengers secured a well-deserved and convincing victory, reflecting their excellent preparation and admirable confidence.

Meanwhile, team Texco, the competition’s Runner-Up, was honored with the Most Promising Project Award for their solution applying AI – Blockchain – OCR technology to optimize the C/O issuance process. Their proposal aims to reduce manual errors, shorten processing time, and enhance data accuracy across the entire certificate of origin workflow.

These initiatives highlight not only outstanding creativity but also the remarkable capability of today’s young generation to push boundaries — applying theories to real-world logistics, embracing technological thinking, and demonstrating agility in a rapidly digitalizing supply chain landscape.

In the final two rounds, “Challenge” and “Shine,” the four teams — Challengers, 4PM, 2Twin, and Texco — delivered compelling and dynamic performances in their race to the finish line. This year’s debate topic centered on the practical application of AI in modern supply chains, posing both relevance and difficulty.

The teams continuously presented in-depth analyses, logical counterarguments, and actionable solutions. Each performance ignited the auditorium with their confidence, determination, and inventive spirit.
