On the afternoon of November 28, 2025, Headway successfully organized the workshop “Headway STG – Strengthening Team Connections & Spreading Positive Energy”, with the participation of the Board of Directors, staff members, and all Headway offices and branches nationwide.
This is one of the most important internal programs of the year, marking a significant transformation in Headway’s journey of building a corporate culture, aligning strategic direction, and inspiring the entire team.

A vibrant opening
The workshop kicked off in an energetic atmosphere led by MC Dune – Head of Marketing, who brought positivity and set the tone for a connected and collaborative program.

At the beginning of the program, the MC posed three strategic questions:
“Who are we? Where are we heading? And how will we get there?”
These questions laid the foundation for the Headway team to embark on the journey of
“Defining Identity – Setting Direction – Shaping Organizational Culture.”
Where did the Headway ship set sail?
The highlight of the workshop was the inspiring sharing by Mr. Felix Nguyen – Director of Headway JSC, a talented captain representing the company’s leadership team. He is one of the key figures who built and shaped the STG framework – Mission, Vision, and Core Values – from the very beginning.

During his sharing, Mr. Felix emphasized that Headway STG serves as the compass guiding every activity of the company, helping the Headway ship grow stronger, overcome challenges, and confidently reach distant horizons.

The mission answers the question: “Who are we and why do we exist?”
“To build a logistics service provider that offers high added value, delivering sustainable benefits to customers, employees, and shareholders.”

This vision reflects Headway’s strong ambition: to become a symbol of quality, speed, and reliability — ready to face change and evolve with the market.

The 4R + 1S Core Value Framework was presented by Mr. Felix through relatable, real-world examples:

When a vessel was delayed due to weather, the Headway team proactively handled the late-night automotive container retrieval to meet the customer’s announcement schedule.

The Automotive team implemented process digitization to manage large volumes of vehicle shipment projects simultaneously.
• Synergy – Effective coordination between individuals and departments
Cross-border trucking operations during the pandemic succeeded thanks to seamless collaboration across departments to deliver optimal solutions.
• Result – Achieving exceptional outcomes through effort, innovation, and teamwork
Every achievement, new project, and enhanced welfare policy reflects the strength and resilience of Headway.
