Marking its third consecutive year accompanying Vietfish, Headway JSC returned to the 2026 exhibition, bringing specialized logistics solutions tailored to Vietnam’s seafood industry.
At Booth #B107, Headway had the opportunity to meet and connect with businesses across the industry, while sharing solutions in logistics, cold chain management, and real-time cargo monitoring to address the specific requirements of fresh, frozen, and import-export seafood shipments.
Export Growth Drives Rising Supply Chain Demand
According to data from the General Department of Customs, Vietnam’s seafood exports reached USD 5.75 billion in the first six months of 2026, up 12.7% year-on-year. Of this, shrimp exports accounted for approximately USD 2.3 billion, while pangasius exports reached around USD 1.1 billion.
Alongside this growth, seafood businesses are facing increasing pressure from technical barriers, rising input costs, logistics and ocean freight expenses, as well as global geopolitical uncertainties. These challenges are creating a growing need for supply chains that are flexible, cost-efficient, and proactive in risk management.

Integrated Cold Chain & Insurance Solutions – Strengthening Risk Management Capabilities
With more than 23 years of experience in logistics and an annual handling capacity of approximately 100,000 TEUs, Headway provides end-to-end cold chain solutions, covering refrigerated trucking, depots, warehousing, reefer containers, and international transportation. These integrated solutions help preserve cargo quality throughout the entire journey.

At Vietfish 2026, Headway joined forces with Tasco Insurance, expanding its solution ecosystem from logistics and cold chain services to cargo insurance for both domestic and import-export shipments.
This combination enables businesses to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen cargo protection, and proactively manage risks throughout the transportation journey.
Appreciation for Our Continued Partnership with Vietnam’s Seafood Businesses
Alongside networking activities and one-on-one consultations at the exhibition, Headway also congratulated customers and presented gift baskets as a gesture of appreciation for their trust and continued partnership over the years.

From the connections made at Vietfish, Headway remains committed to supporting Vietnam’s seafood businesses in optimizing supply chains, strengthening competitiveness, and expanding their reach into global markets.
