Amid ongoing fluctuations in both global and domestic logistics markets—particularly in freight rates and capacity availability—the fragmentation of transportation activities across multiple small-scale service providers has revealed significant limitations in cost efficiency and operational control.

Tasco Headway Logistics Group was established with the mission of comprehensively addressing these challenges through a centralized volume pooling strategy, consolidating all cargo flows into a single control point.
This approach not only strengthens negotiating power with shipping lines and trucking providers, but also delivers actual logistics cost savings of 10–20% across the entire system.
