On the morning of December 17, 2025, Headway JSC participated in an in-depth workshop on “Competency-Based Management” organized by SKALE Asia. The program focused on developing a systematic mindset and structured methodology for competency management – a critical foundation for standardizing operations during periods of growth and transformation.
The workshop gathered mid-level and senior managers from various departments and was directly facilitated by Mr. Hoang Van Minh, EMBA – a strategic and human resource management consultant with over 20 years of practical experience.
